We booked our Singapore tour from DPauls. The experience was really gd..we enjoyed our vacation though we noticed few shortcomings which i will share along with the positive things. Firstly would like to thank Ms Nidhi with whom the booking was done..she was cordial and helping.. Our hotel Village Katong was great..the location was awsome..I really thank one of the blogger who posted that its better to stay at Katong than hotels at Little India as it is too crowded..Katong area was very posh and lot of eateries were there..and moreover very well connected by local transport. The only flaw which need to be mentioned was that as it was a new country to us..we were not guided by the travel agency about our itinerary....everytime there was a different driver..though most of them were on time..but on arrival day our flight landed 20 minutes late..still our driver came after half n hr...in my opinion he should be there before us and shld be there greeting us... Moreover as there is no guide by the tour agency...so this becomes bit difficult...our only source of information was internet or the drivers which came to pick n drop...so I think they should work over it....there is always a scope of improvement....
