• This offer is made by InterGlobe Aviation Limited (“IndiGo”), to the customers booking IndiGo flights offer is valid till 12 Jan 2025 ("Offer Period") on select domestic and international sectors for travel period beyond 15 days from date of booking.
• During the Offer Period, all-inclusive (one-way) fares start from INR 1,199 for domestic sectors and INR 4,499 for international sectors
• Limited inventory is available under the Offer and therefore discounts will be provided to customer’s subject to availability and at the sole discretion of IndiGo.
• Discount is not applicable on airport charges and Government taxes.
• The Offer is valid for only IndiGo non-stop and connecting flights and does not apply to codeshare flights.
• Discounts are available only on one-way, round-trip bookings and multi-city bookings.
• This Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encashable. Change in itinerary can be made by paying the applicable change fee and fare difference.
• The Offer is not valid on IndiGo’s group bookings.
• All IndiGo flight bookings made under this Offer shall be subject to IndiGo’s conditions of carriage available at goindigo.in.
• The Offer is being made purely on a “best efforts” basis and is subject to force majeure conditions. IndiGo reserves the right to terminate or modify this Offer at any time, without assigning any reason and without prior intimation.
• IndiGo’s decision with respect to all transactions under the Offer, shall be final and binding on all the participating customers.
• By making an IndiGo flight booking during the Promotion Period under the Offer, the customer: (i) unconditionally and irrevocably agrees to these terms and conditions; and (ii) consents that all information provided by the customer may be shared by IndiGo with its agents, representatives, service providers, employees, and may be used to send promotional information pertaining to IndiGo to the customer, in future.
• This Offer will be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India, and all matters related to this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi.
• The Offer will be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of the Offer will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi.
