Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Portblair (Arrival)

Arrival to Portblair. Our representative will meet and assist you at the Veer Savarkar Airport. Board the waiting vehicles, drive to your hotel and check in.

Later visit the beautiful Corbyn’s Cove Beach and enjoy swimming and beach activities here. Corbyn's Cove is a serene and unspoiled soft sandy beach in Andaman near to Port Blair. This beach is set in picturesque backgrounds of lush green coconut palms and pleasant sea.

Later visit Cellular Jail followed by Light and Sound Show. The Cellular Jail has a pride of place in India’s freedom struggle. Many a stalwart were imprisoned here. Declared a national memorial, this three storey prison constructed by Britishers in 1906, is a pilgrimage destination for freedom fighters. This colossal edifice has mutely witnessed the most treacherous of inhumane atrocities borne by the convicts, who were mostly freedom fighters. The day draws to a gentle close with the Sound and Light Show at the historic Cellular Jail which gives you a vivid experience of its strong association with the freedom fighters and their struggle for independence.

Day 2: Transfer to Havelock Island

Today after breakfast you will transfer to Jetty. Head to Havelock Island onboard Cruise connecting the two islands! Havelock, about 54 kilometers northeast of Portblair, the Island is a hidden jewel. Havelock is a serene tropical island encompassing about 86 square kilometers. Its clear waters are rated among the best in the world for snorkeling and scuba diving. Close to 1000 different species of marine life inhabit the waters of the Andaman Islands. Scuba divers can see nudi branchs, sea slugs and snails, varieties of ghost pipe fish, jaw fish and a number of different crustaceans of all shapes and sizes. With its serene beaches, 40 meters visibility underwater, colorful coral reefs and ‘far from the maddening crowd’ appeal, Havelock Island has emerged as a dream destination among discerning travelers. Arrive at Havelock Jetty, you are met and assisted by our representative. Board the waiting vehicles and drive to the hotel. Check in at the hotel.

Later visit Radhanagar Beach (or Beach No. 7) which is the jewel in the crown of Havelock Island. Located on the western side of the island, it stands away from the cluster. The glorious white sand beach shot to global fame when Time magazine (in 2004) rated it as the finest in Asia. With lush tropical forest rising on a hill to one side, the draw of this white sand beach has steadily grown in the legion of avid beach buffs. A wide beach that runs over a few kilometers, Radhanagar is simply stunning. It lends itself to a variety of activities.

Day 3: Visit Elephant Beach & Kala Pathar Beach

Today after breakfast proceed for visit to Elephant Beach. Elephant Beach is a small pristine beach, rather remotely located, it can be reached by boat. The beach is also an extremely good place for snorkeling with an easily accessible house reef, which boasts of beautiful corals and other marine life. The beach has also emerged as Havelock’s favorite spot for scuba diving. It is tailor made to be a beginners dive site.

Later in the afternoon visit to Kala Pathar Beach. Evening return back to hotel.

Day 4: Transfer to Neil Island

After breakfast in morning at hotel, pack your bags & check out from hotel. We will leave for Neil Islands. On arrival, meeting and assistance at Neil Island jetty thereafter leave by surface to Resort and check in.

Later visit Lakshmanpur Beach. The Lakshmanpur beach lies 2 kms north of the Neil Jetty. The beach is a broad spur of white shell sand with shallow water and offers a good snorkelling option. Sunbathing and swimming are other attractions.

The second Lakshmanpur beach is a rocky beach lies about 2 kms from the jetty with lots of coral formation ornamental fish, sea urchins, sea anemones, sea cucumbers, star fish etc., which are best suited for people of scientific temperament. The rocky surface can get slippery and one needs to be on ones guard. The main attraction here are the natural rock formations.

A natural rock formation in Lakshmanpur beach is locally known as the Howrah Bridge. You need to visit the place during low tide as the retreating sea leaves behind many a secret from its treasure trove. Evening return back to Resort.

Day 5: Transfer to Portblair

After breakfast in morning at hotel, pack your bags & check out. Later visit to Bharatpura beach. As we approach near the beaches the beaches appears in the form of a long arc. On the left side of the jetty is Bharatpur Beach and on the right Laxmanpur Beach. Centre of the island is Neil Kendra, a gently curving bay of white sand straddles the jetty, scattered with picturesque wooden fishing boats. Half a kilometer from the jetty, Bharatpur is one of the best beaches known for swimming and coral-watching with a vast sandy stretch. This beach is ideally recommended for youngsters because of activity options. One can hire glass bottom boats for coral viewing from private operator. The sea around the jetty area full of corals with schools of fishing swimming around. The color and form of vegetation along the beach soothe the senses.

In afternoon, board the vehicles and drive to Neil Island Jetty. From here sail to Portblair onboard Cruise. Upon Arrival check in to the hotel.

Later proceed for a visit to Chidiya Tapu, 25 kms away from the capital, Port Blair. It is located in the southern most tip of South Andaman. The main attraction of Chidiya Tapu is it's rich collection of birds. The sky of Chidiya Tapu is bestowed with 46 varieties of birds - drongos, hanging parrot, scarlet minivet,emerald dove, long-tailed and red-breasted parakeets, white-bellied sea eagles and grey-fronted and imperial green igeons to name a few. Accordingly, Chidiya Tapu is also known as the Bird Island of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Chidiya Tapu is world wide famous for its thick, green vegetations, enchanting beaches, collections of corals, colorful butterflies and most importantly, the view of the sun setting in the wine red horizon.

Day 6: Portblair to Delhi (Departure)

After breakfast at hotel, transfer to the Portblair airport. This marks the culmination of a memorable trip to one of India’s natural wonders - the Andaman Islands. (B)

Important Destination Notes

  1. Andaman & Nicobar Islands are a remote destination.
  2. In tourism it is still a young destination and most locals are not aware or well equipped with skills to handle customers.
  3. The services at the hotels cannot be compared to the standards of city hotel. Hence we recommend you to go through reviews and pictures before selecting the hotel. We also request you not to go by Star category as this is quite misleading.
  4. Andaman is not a Luxury destination still it is very expensive. It is not about the rooms or the hotel but it is about what lies outside the hotel. It is recommended to people who are looking for an unique, adventurous and fun-filled holidays.
  5. Hotels in Andaman follow Early check in & Early check out policy. This is because most of the flights come early in the morning. This may cause inconvenience to you as you may have to check out early morning despite having afternoon flight / ferry and we request all guest to cooperate with the hotel on their check in / check out policy.
  6. At Havelock most of the hotels do not have room service, hot water and intercom facility.
  7. Food in Andaman is limited and most hotel buffet spreads are nothing like what one finds in cities or in Star hotels.
  8. Sightseeing in Andaman is again limited with no guide facility. The sightseeing places are basic and not very informative. Most sightseeing places are closed on Sunday and Monday & Ross Island is closed on Wednesday. Please note that being a small Island besides standards national holidays, sightseeing places are also closed on religious occasions for which we are intimated on the same day and would change the itinerary accordingly. Our efforts will be to cover the missed out places on alternate days but if not possible no refund would be offered.
  9. The vehicle use in the transportation is not at disposal and is available for pick up and drop or as per scheduled itinerary. Here the drivers are mostly owners and do not work after 6 PM.
  10. At Havelock mostly Non AC Jeeps are available.
  11. There is a shortage of good and well trained drivers in Andaman. Sometimes car may come few minutes late. This is because of shortage of cars in Andaman hence people use their cars for multiples drops. We request you not to panic and instead wait for 5-10 minutes or call our representative who will try to resolve the issue on an immediate basis.

  • Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
  • Please reach the airport 3 hours hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate.
  • A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
  • Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
  • If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
  • If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
  • As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
  • During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
  • Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
  • In airline no seat is provided to Infant.


  • Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.


  • Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
  • The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
  • At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
  • Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
  • The Standard check in time of the hotel is 09:30 AM & check out time of the hotel is 07:30 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
  • Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
  • Buffet meal will be provided at fixed venue decided by the hotel. Timings: Breakfast: 0800 - 1000 hrs, Lunch: 1300 - 1500 hrs, Dinner: 1930 - 2200 hrs. These are the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Still you are kindly requested to check the perfect buffet timings at the time of check in at the hotel. Once the buffet time is over the hotel might ask you to pay for your meals. It is at the discretion of the hotel to provide buffet or fixed menu meals depending on the occupancy of the guest in the hotel.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • This hotel is suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.


  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotels, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.
  • We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.



Important Information:

  • All the documents will be delivered over the emails and through WhatsApp only.
  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory. Airlines & Hotels may deny entry and services in the absence of these documents, in such cases we shall not be held responsible by customers.



Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 15% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.

This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the airline or in hotel. The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.

Additional Payment Terms

  • Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
  • Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
  • Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
  • If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
  • No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
  • Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as confirmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.

Please prefer payment through a cash deposit at our office/to our representative; cheque (delivery of documents will be subject to clearance of cheques and cheque will be accepted if the travel date is more than 1 week later. For closer dates, a cheque will not be acceptable); PO/DD;

Online Booking Procedure

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:

    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.
