On your arrival at the Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. From the airport drive to Gulmarg. On arrival check in to the hotel & relax. Spend the remaining day at own leisure, going for some small tours around the meadow & later return to the hotel and have your dinner.

After breakfast in the morning, we will check out from the hotel & begin with a trip to Gulmarg. The drive past colorful villages and rice fields, gives you an insight of the rich cultural past of Kashmir. We arrive at a small picturesue market town of Tangmarg and drive ahead on a scenic drive of 14 kilometers to Gulmarg. We arrive in Gulmarg early in the afternoon and begin a short tour around the meadow familiarizing ourselves with the beauty. In Gulmarg we will board the Gondola cable car system and ascend towards the Affarawat Mountain range. The 8 minutes of ropeway will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Afarwatt peak. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so & later do some horse-riding (Charges to be paid directly by Guest) to the strawberry valley.

Later in the afternoon we will continue our drive to a picturesque valley towards South of Kashmir. Known as Pahalgam (which means The Shepherd’s Village), the valley is renowned the world over for its exotic forests, pretty water streams and imposing snow peaks. On arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel for check in. In the evening do some nature walks to unwind yourselves. Later have dinner at the hotel and rest in the cozy rooms of your hotel.

Have breakfast in the morning at hotel, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. Get ready to visit- Aru Valley, Betaab Valley and Chandanwari as well as take a horse riding trip to Baisaran meadows (Cost for horse riding to be paid directly by Guest). After sightseeing around the mountain valley for most of the day, we will continue our journey to Srinagar. On arrival, in the evening we will transfer to the hotel for check in. You may spend some time to explore nearby places on own & return to the hotel for dinner.

Note: All sightseeing tours in Pahalgam are on direct payment basis. Our vehicle is not allowed for local sightseeing tour due to restrictions imposed by local Pahalgam tourist transporters.

After breakfast in the morning at hotel, proceed for local sightseeing tour that includes a visit to the famous Mughal gardens of Nishat and Shalimar. Built in between a period of 14 years the two gardens are a heritage left behind by the erstwhile Mughals, whose taste for laying exquisite gardens was fascinating. With a backdrop of the sprawling Zabarwan Mountains, the gardens boast of green turfs, blooming flowers and cascading water fountains. We will explore the gardens and later go for a 60 Minutes Shikara ride in Dal Lake. This boat ride glides you past some wonderful vegetable gardens and aquatic life. Later return to the hotel & have dinner.

Note: The complimentary Shikara ride is in group. If you want to take private Shikara ride than the cost will be Rs. 600 for 60 minutes ride.

After breakfast in the morning, we will begin the full day trip to explore a beautiful secluded mountain resort 141 Km north of the valley. Driving through stony river beds and mud villages with a mesmerizing backdrop of the Himalayan range, the route takes us to the green valley of Sonamarg literally known as the golden meadow. Spend the remaining day at own leisure. You can also proceed for visit to Thajwaas Glacier (on own) & after exploring this beautiful landscapes we will drive back to Srinagar. You can take a walk along the banks of the Dal Lake or simply rest in the cozy rooms of your hotel after having dinner.

After breakfast, pack your bags & check out from the hotel. We will drive to the airport for your flight home. (Breakfast)
