The tour was good but Kenan Bay, the guide, was wonderful. We schedule a 9:30, Kenan texted the night before if we can leave early to beat the lines. We agreed and it was a smart decision. When we got there the line was huge. He had bought all of our tickets beforehand so we didn't have to wait in

A very enjoyable day with an experienced guide (Hero). Hotel pickup /drop off made things easy and lots to see including Blue Mosque, palace, cistern, Grand Bazaar. Tour does not include entry ticket cost to Palace 1500 TL and 800 for Cistern. Both were worth seeing (particularly the Palace).
