TCS* 5% will be applicable on the total package cost. 20% TCS is applicable on individual transactions above Rs. 7,00,000 per annum. TCS is mandatory for International Travel Packages.

As per Union Budget 2023, Tax Collected at Source is the tax payable by a seller which he collects from the buyer at the time of sale. TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against income tax liability and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.
