Upon arrival, guests can take the hotel shuttle service to the hotel. Afterwards, check in and settle into your room. Guests arriving after 8:00 p.m. will receive packed snacks instead of a full dinner.

FOREIGN EXCHANGE RATE FLUCTUATIONS
The cost of the package includes both INR and Euro components and is quoted on per person basis. The foreign currency component is subject to exchange rate fluctuations; therefore, the package price may change without prior notice until full payment is made or until you choose to freeze your package by making the 100% payment. The package is designed considering a notional rate same is explained in detail below:

- The package price comprises INR and Euro components and is quoted per person.
- The Euro component is subject to foreign exchange (Forex) fluctuations. Accordingly, the package price may be revised until 100% payment is received.
- To safeguard against future exchange rate fluctuations, you may freeze the package price by making 100% payment within 5 days of booking (or earlier, if required) at the prevailing HDFC Bank TT Selling Rate.
- Alternatively, you may opt for Forex Rate Freeze Service by paying an additional Rs. 3,000 per person towards bank charges, which is non-refundable, for freezing of the prevailing exchange rate.
- All payments received for the booking shall first be adjusted towards the INR component and thereafter towards the Euro component.
- The quoted package price is based on a notional Euro exchange rate of Rs. 107/- (HDFC Bank TT Selling Rate) used as the benchmark for costing. The final Euro component shall be calculated at the prevailing HDFC Bank TT Selling Rate applicable on the date of full payment/remittance.
- Exchange rates displayed on currency websites, or bank buying/selling rates are not applicable, as overseas remittances are processed at the bank's TT Selling Rate.
- Bank, SWIFT/TT, and other applicable banking charges, cash deposit @1% if any, shall be payable additionally.
AIRLINES
- If Air India or any premium Airline such as Lufthansa / Etihad / Emirates / Qatar / Finnair / Swiss / or similar is confirmed then supplement cost of INR 5000 per person will be payable by passenger
- Each passenger is permitted a maximum of 20 kg of check-in baggage (1 pc) + 5 kg of hand baggage
HOTELS
- Room Occupancy: A maximum of three persons are permitted per room (3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child).
- Triple Occupancy: An extra bed or mattress (rollaway bed, subject to hotel availability) will be provided for the third occupant.
- Hotel Location: Hotels included in the package may be located on the outskirts of the city, in neighbouring towns, or near airports, as specified in the itinerary.
- Check-in & Check-out: Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply as per the hotel’s policy. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges. Standard Check In time usually is 3:00 PM and Check Out time is 11:00 AM.
MEALS
Description of Meals Served During the Tour: Continental Breakfasts and Indian Dinners will be served in group tour.
Standard Breakfast Menu - Bread, Butter, Jam, Cereal, Milk, Eggs, Tea, Fruits, Coffee and Juice. (Tentative Menu - inclusions may vary).
Standard Dinner Menu - 1 non-veg dish, 2 veg dishes, 1 dal, 1 rice, 2 Indian salads. Naans or equivalent, Raita or yoghurt, 1 Dessert & Unlimited tap water. (Tentative Menu - inclusions may vary).
Dinner Timing is between 1900 to 2000 Hrs, depending upon the slots available with the restaurants.
Notes-
- Jain Meal provision is available on prior request only during Dinner at Indian restaurant.
- In case an Indian restaurant is unavailable in any particular city, local meal will be arranged.
- In some places, the itinerary may not permit a proper halt for dinner. In such a situation a packed meal / snack-box will be provided.
