Private Transfer:-

• If any customer does not want to travel in sharing transfer then they can avail indivudal vehicle (Small Car) at a supplementary cost of Rs. 10,000/- for the entire tour the capacity of the vehicle is for a maximum of 03 pax and can accommodate child and Infant.
• If any customer does not want to travel in sharing transfer then they can avail indivudal vehicle (Innova / Xylo) at a supplementary cost of Rs 15,000/- for the entire tour the capacity of the vehicle is for a maximum of 06 pax and can accommodate child and Infant.

Add-ons:

• Dinner in Standard Hotel: Rs. 3,999/- per person.

• Dinner in Superior Hotel: Rs. 5,499/- per person.

Important Notes:-

• Documents to be carried for Tsomgo Lake/Lachen & Lachung 02 copies of passport size photographs,original photo ID proof with photo copy (identity card - Voter ID card / Passport / Driving License ) for processing the permit. PAN Card and Aadhar Card is not acceptable.

• Vehicle service is provided as per the tour Itinerary on point-to-point basis and not on disposal basis.

• AC’s will be switched off while travelling to uphill for the vehicle to function properly.

• Rates valid for Indian nationals only and valid for the mentioned dates/period of travel only.

Notes:

• We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to
• Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, Covid guidelines, etc. While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds / compensation claims arising out of this.
• The rates quoted are on the basis of the hotels that are situated in the proper city / town only.

Travelling Mandates:-

All guests are requested to carry 2 passport size photographs & valid Indian Photo ID address proof. (Note: PAN Card & Aadhar Card are not accepted in Sikkim)

Below are the Mandatory Documents (required for Sikkim):-

• Scanned Identification document of all Traveller. Any one- Voters card, Driver’s license, Passport (image size between 10 KB to 100 KB in PNG or JPG format)

• Passport size photos (image size between 10 KB to 100 KB, PNG or JPG format)

• Hotel Details- Name of the hotel, check in / check out date along with scanned copy of booking / reservation proof

• Name and Phone number of any family member to contact in case of emergency

• Find below self-health declaration to be filled & signed by all travellers and send us the scanned copies.

Optional tour of Nathula pass (Indo China border)

• Nathula is an excursion from Gangtok and is located above Changu Lake.

• This is a restricted area and special permits are required to visit it. Permits are granted only between Wednesday and Sunday and can be cancelled anytime for security or weather conditions.

• Very limited number of vehicles are granted permits for Nathu La therefore the same are subject to availability and are never guaranteed in advance.

• The permits are applied only 01 day prior to the date of travel.

• The Supplement cost for Nathu La will be Rs. 7,000/- for the vehicle and Rs. 300/- per person for the passengers (this cost includes vehicle and individual permits).

• Documents - We need the full names, ages and gender of the passengers 02 days before the date of travel (by mail or sms).

• Copies of valid Indian Photo ID address proof and passport-size photos will be collected 01 day prior to the date of travel from the guests directly on tour.
