Note :- The above per person cost is based on minimum 04 pax - transfers, drives & sightseeing on sharing basis.

Supplement / Upgrade Charges -

1) 02 Pax Cost in private vehicle - The supplement cost for operating a trip with minimum 02 pax in private exclusive vehicle @Rs. 5,999/- per person additional on tour cost.

2) Train Fare - The tour cost including AC Chair Car train tickets, the supplement cost to upgrade train tickets into AC EXECUTIVE Class @Rs. 2,999/- per person (Subject to availability at the time of booking).

NOTES

·        Our tour cost is based on base category rooms. If room upgradation is needed, supplement cost will be applicable.

·        Minimum 4 pax required to operate the trip on above mentioned tour cost, if only 2 pax booked on a trip, then supplement would be extra to operate with 2 pax only on twin sharing basis.

·        Extra Bed means extra mattress or rollaway bed.

·        AC will not work in hill stations.

·        Some hotels charge extras for using heaters, it will be payable directly at the hotel.

·        The Property D’s Casa is purely non-smoking hotel, smoking inside the room is not allowed, however you can smoke at smoking zone area at the hotels.

·        The Vehicles may or may not have power windows.

·        All sightseeing timings are subject to local road and traffic conditions.

·        The transportation/ hotel cost is subject to change and charge extra on the tour cost, if there will be hike in the rates of fuel prices or increase in hotel rates due to changes in the Govt taxes.

·        No refund or reduction will be given for any services, which are not utilized, mentioned in the Tour inclusions.

·        All buffet meal or room service will be provided as per hotel policy.

·        Dharamshala ROPE WAY Tour (Optional – INR 650 per person extra).

·        Paragliding (Optional on direct payment @ INR 3000/- per person extra)

·        Package Cost NOT valid on Cricket matches travel dates , H.H. Dalai Lama Teachings & Peak/Long weekends.

·        The payments for additional service/ extra meals taken at hotel are to be settled directly at there.

·        Early Check-in and late Check out room not included in the tour cost.

·        Check in time is 1400 hrs and check out time is 1100 hrs.

Remarks

• Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing double room.
• The cost is not applicable for the Single travelling passenger.
• Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
• Mostly the Hotel/Camps allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 yrs. of age with one extra bed.
• Due to Covid Guidelines few of the services are not operational in Hotel/Camp.

• This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the Train or in Hotel/Camp.
• The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire advance amount is refundable to you.
• Train tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.
• If the Train is late in the evening, the guest has to check out from the Hotel/Camp at 11 am or at the time specified by the Hotel/Camp.
