No time can be enough to soak in the magic of this place. This 5-nights break brings you to Pelling, a small village in the foothills of Himalayas with views of Mt. Khangchendzonga from all sides and further to the capital city Gangtok which is India’s first litter and spit free town.

Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Bagdogra - Drive to Gangtok

On arrival at Bagdogra Airport, our local tour representative will meet you at the specified area and transfer you to Gangtok (130 kms, approx. 6-7 hours drive).

Gangtok: At an altitude of 1750m, Gangtok became the state capital in the mid 19th century and has undergone rapid development since then. The downtown area is dominated by huge government buildings decorated with traditional Buddhist symbols. Gangtok is also a resting ground for people traveling to North Sikkim. Surrounded by Monasteries and Orchids, Gangtok is truly a travellers delight.

Day 2: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake

Today morning take a fill at morning breakfast. Today we’ll go for a day excursion to Tsomgo Lake (Timing will depend on the issuance of Permit). Situated at a height of 12,400 feet and an average depth of 50 ft, the lake offers serene and breathtaking beauty with sparkling blue water. Being on such a height, it is highly advisable to carry heavy woollens with you. It is about 45 kms away and takes approx. 3 hours to reach. Tsomgo / Tshangu / Changu Lake is regarded as a very sacred lake by local Buddhists and Hindus. The lake keeps frozen from winters to mid May. You can enjoy a yak ride here (on your own expense). Just on the lake side, visit the Baba Mandir, temple of Lord Shiva built in memory of sepoy Harbhajan Singh. Primula flowers and other alpine plantation provide an immaculate beauty to this place. Later return back to hotel in Gangtok and retire in your cozy bed for a relaxed sleep.

Day 3: Gangtok (Local Sightseeing)

Wake up to witness the awe striking natural beauty and charge yourself with morning breakfast. Today set out to cover breathtaking sights of Gangtok. Surrounded by monasteries and orchids, Gangtok is truly a traveller’s delight. Visit Tashi View Point, Ganesh Tok, Flower show, Cottage Industry & Bakthang Falls. After local sightseeing, the evening is free for your own leisure and local shopping. Later return to hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 4: Gangtok to Pelling

Wake up to witness the awe striking natural beauty and charge yourself with morning breakfast. Later Check out from the hotel & drive to Pelling. En route take a stop to visit the famous Char Dham Temple at Namchi. Later continue your drive to Pelling. On arrival, check in at the hotel and relax.

Pelling: Located at a distance of 120 kms from Gangtok Pelling is another serene, mountain village which lies in the western districts of Sikkim. This village is situated at an altitude of 2000 mts (approx) and commands a spectacular view of Mt.Kanchenjunga.

Day 5: Pelling (Local Sightseeing)

Wake up to an enchanting morning with mesmerising sunrise and views of Kanchendzonga and the entire Eastern Himalayan range. Take a fill at morning breakfast and proceed for a Local sightseeing tour of the city. Visit to the sacred Khecheopalri Wish Lake, Rimbi Waterfalls, Skywalk (tickets to be purchased on own), Darap Village, Rimbi Orange Garden & Rabedentse Ruins (2nd capital of Sikkim). Later return to hotel and relax.

Day 6: Pelling - Departure to Bagdogra

Today morning after breakfast, Pack your bags & check out from the hotel. Later take transfer to Bagdogra Airport (120 kms, approx. 5-6 hours drive) & board your flight for Delhi. (B)

This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the airline or in hotel. The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.


  • Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
  • Please reach the airport 3 hours hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Please Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be Paid by the Passengers only)
  • A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
  • Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
  • If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
  • If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
  • As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
  • During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
  • Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
  • In airline no seat is provided to Infant.


  • Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.


  • Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
  • The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
  • At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
  • Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
  • The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
  • Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • The hotels are suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.


  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotels, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.

Important Information:

In view of the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers coming to their states as visitors/tourists. Before you travel, make sure to read and understand the complete guidelines of the city/state you are travelling to, especially whether there is a mandatory requirement for RT-PCR test. Guidelines for Travelers arriving in West Bengal- Bagdogra:-

  • It is MANDATORY for passengers arriving from Kerala, Maharashtra, Karnataka & Telangana to carry a RT-PCR negative report from an ICMR approved lab not earlier than 72 hours into the state of West Bengal. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
  • All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App
  • All passengers must fill up and submit the declaration form using Sandhane App developed by H&FW Department West Bengal.

Carry photocopies of Valid Indian Photo ID address proof & 2 passport size photographs along with you to take Permit for Sikkim tour. (Please Note: PAN Card & Aadhar Card are not accepted in Sikkim)

Below are the Mandatory Documents (required for Sikkim):-

  • Scanned Identification document of all Traveller. Any one- Voters card, Driver’s license, Passport (image size between 10 KB to 100 KB in PNG or JPG format)
  • Passport size photos (image size between 10 KB to 100 KB, PNG or JPG format)
  • Hotel Details- Name of the hotel, check in / check out date along with scanned copy of booking / reservation proof
  • Name and Phone number of any family member to contact in case of emergency

  • All the documents will be delivered over the emails and through WhatsApp only.


  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory.



Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 15% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.

Additional Payment Terms

  • Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
  • Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
  • Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
  • If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
  • No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
  • Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as confirmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.

Important Note:

Please prefer payment through a cash deposit at our office/to our representative; cheque (delivery of documents will be subject to clearance of cheques and cheque will be accepted if the travel date is more than 1 week later. For closer dates, a cheque will not be acceptable); PO/DD;

Bank transfer. EMI payment option also available online presently. For any other payment mode, the same could be subject to transaction charges. For specific guidance/clarification you may contact our executive dealing with you, beforehand.

Cash deposit in our office, our staff & direct cash deposit in any of Company Bank Account must be less than Rs. 1,99,000/-. For any clarification, you must call the undersigned before depositing in our Bank Account as there is penalty u/s 271DA of IT Act.

Online Booking Procedure

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.

  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,
