Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive in Srinagar - Transfer to Pahalgam (92 Km’s / 3-4 hours drive)

On your arrival at the Srinagar Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist and escort you to your waiting vehicle. We will begin our trip towards Pahalgam and drive on the National Highway 1A. This road connects the Valley to the rest of the country. We drive past the saffron fields of Pampore, the marvelous ruins of Avantipura and the village of Bijbehara which remains famous as the bread basket of Kashmir. You can even sample a few exotic breads sold by vendors near the road. We switch the the national highway at Khanabal and drive through the second largest city of Anantnag. From here the road turns scenic as we drive parallel on the Lidder River flowing from the opposite direction. On arriving Pahalgam, we check in at the hotel and later do some nature walks to unwind ourselves. Later have dinner at the hotel.

Day 2: Local Sightseeing in Pahalgam and drive to Gulmarg (152 Km’s / 4-5 hours drive)

After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. Later you can opt to spend your half a day of sightseeing by driving to the picturesque Chandanwari and Betaab valley or Aru Valley or ride by horseback across the wildlife sanctuary towards Baisaran meadows. After your return from the beautiful meadows, you we'll continue our drive to Gulmarg. In Gulmarg you will check in at the hotel and later have your dinner before going for a relaxed sleep.

Day 3: Local Sightseeing in Gulmarg

After breakfast, we will begin a short tour around the meadow familiarizing ourselves with the beauty. In Gulmarg we will board the Gondola cable car system, and ascend towards the Afarwatt Mountain range. The 8 minutes of ropeway will take you past colorful shepherd hutments to the lower ridge of the Afarwatt peak. From here you can click lots of photos of the nearby mountain ranges that stand tall like sentinels guarding the rich natural beauty of Kashmir valley. We descend back to Gulmarg base after an hour or so and later do some horse-riding to the strawberry valley. Remaining day is free at your own leisure to explore the nearby places on your own. Later return to the hotel and have dinner.

Day 4: Gulmarg to Sonamarg (141 Km’s / 4-5 hours drive)

After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. Today we drive to explore a beautiful secluded mountain resort 141 Km north of the valley. Driving through stony river beds and mud villages with a mesmerizing backdrop of the Himalayan range, the route takes us to the green valley of Sonamarg literally known as the golden meadow. On arrival check in to the hotel & relax. Spend the rest of the evening at own leisure. Retrun back to the hotel and have your dinner.

Day 5: Local Sightseeing in Sonamarg

After breakfast we will drive to the majestic mountain resort of Sonmarg. The route towards Sonamarg takes us on a picturesque country side drive where we will come across rolling hills, green forests, clear water streams and blooming rice fields. We will once again alight from our vehicles at the tourist spot of Gagangir. The spot is built in the middle of the river Sind and looks like an island with snow glaciers covering one or the other spot. In Sonmarg we will take a 3 hour walk or horseback trip to the Thajwaas glacier. After our return we will visit the small town market for some snacks or just pay a visit observing the local people going with their daily routine. We will drive back to Hotel in the evening & have dinner.

Day 6: Sonamarg to Srinagar (87 Km’s / 3-4 hours drive)

After breakfast, pack your bags and check out from the hotel. Further we continue our journey to Srinagar. It is around 87 Km’s from Sonamarg and will take 3-4 hours to reach. On arrival, transfer to the hotel for check in and relax. Later go for a 60 Minutes Shikara ride in Dal Lake. This boat ride glides you past some wonderful vegetable gardens and aquatic life. Later return to the hotel & have dinner.

Day 7: Departure

After a late morning breakfast, pack your bags & check out from the hotel. We will drive to the airport for your flight home with wonderful memories. (Breakfast)

Important Destination Notes

With changing travel restrictions around the world, attractions may be closing or reopening with updated health and safety measures. In Kashmir, Covid-19 Guidelines change every week and new updates are given by the administration on Monday at the start of the week. We wish for your well-being and safety and that remains our priority.

As per the guidelines from Department of Kashmir Tourism, there are no restrictions for tourists and are allowed to travel freely around Kashmir.

Mughal Garden / public parks are temporarily closed. Markets in Srinagar are closed on the weekends but there are no restrictions on the movement of tourists. We will update our clients as soon as there is any change.

Mountain resorts: Sonamarg / Gulmarg / Pahalgam are open and will require visitors to respect locally enforced measures. There are no general entry restrictions, but the domestic recommendations may change into restrictions.

The itineraries and accommodations are subject to modification and change according to the guidelines issued by the Government.

Every reasonable effort will be made to operate trips as planned, but alterations may still occur after final itineraries are sent. We will not be held liable for any curtailment or deviation of the tour due to government restrictions.

Also due to pandemic most of the hotels are under staff and tourists may have to compromise on certain things.

Important Information

Only post-paid mobile phones are operated in Kashmir. Please check with your mobile service provider before leaving for the tour.

The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.

Flight tickets are issued on the basis of minimum available fare.


  • Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
  • Please reach the airport 3 hours hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Please Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be Paid by the Passengers only)
  • A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
  • Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
  • If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
  • If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
  • As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
  • During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
  • Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
  • In airline no seat is provided to Infant.


  • Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.
  • If the return Flight is late in evening, the guest has to Check out from the hotel at 11 AM or at the time specified by the Hotel.
  • Mughal Garden / Public parks and similar places where people gathering is possible are Temporarily closed. Markets in Srinagar open on weekdays but are closed on the weekends.
  • For Gulmarg: In Case of heavy snowfall, there will be a change of the vehicle in Tangmarg which is about 14 kms before Gulmarg. Snowjeeps or chained vehicles will be used from there up to Gulmarg and back so clients have to pay additional amount (as applicable) directly for a return trip.
  • Clients have to make direct payment for the following mentioned Sightseeing points: Pahalgam- Horse Riding, Chandanwari, Betaab Valley, Aru Valley & Baisaran Valley; Gulmarg- Horse Riding, Gondola Ride, Zorbing or any other sports activity; Sonamarg- Horse Riding & Thajiwas glacier.


  • Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
  • The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
  • At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
  • Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
  • The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
  • Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Due to Covid Guidelines few of the Services like- Swimming pool, Spa & Gymnasium, Restaurants & Bar, etc. are not operational in the Hotel.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.
  • This hotel is suggested on the basis of the feedback taken from our customers. Still we request you that before finalizing the tour with us kindly go through the website of the hotels and read the reviews.
  • We have made all possible efforts to make Hotel related information as authentic as possible. We hold no responsibility if any of the information is found to be incorrect / changed. We solicit discretion of the customer before finalizing the Hotel.
  • For Houseboats and Hotel stay: Due to heavy cold waves in parts of Jammu & Kashmir, the houseboats and Hotels are facing immense hardships in terms of water supply and irregular electricity therefore the water supply in washroom areas might be provided in buckets, etc.


  • If due to pandemic the tour cannot be availed altogether then our liability will be limited to refund of tour money after deducting 5% of the tour costs and amount spent towards the booked services which is held up with service providers. Once the tour commences there shall be no refund.
  • We shall not be bound to refund the amount held up with the service providers like Airlines, Hotels, etc. unless they refund us in our Bank account.



Important Information:

In view of the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers coming to their states as visitors/tourists. Before you travel, make sure to read and understand the complete guidelines of the city/state you are travelling to, especially whether there is a mandatory requirement for RT-PCR test. Please comply with the same so your travel plans are not affected. Kindly go through the government guide/website for state-wise regulations. Guidelines for Travelers arriving in Jammu & Kashmir:-

RTPCR negative report / COVID-19 negative certificate is required to enter Srinagar state.

Health Screening:

  • RT-PCR test is mandatory for all passengers

Quarantine:

  • No institutional quarantine now. Pax if tested positive will be sent for 14 days home quarantine.
  • Please visit State Government’s website for detailed Quarantine Regulations.

Passenger Obligation:

  • Passenger is required to fill up ICMR Health form on arrival
  • Passenger is required to undergo COVID-19 Test at the Airport
  • All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App

Airport/State obligation:

  • Conduct COVID-19 test for passenger
  • Fulfill quarantine requirements


Please note that Covid restriction guidelines keeps on changing on the basis of reported Covid cases in the area.

  • We reserve the right to modify the itinerary at any point, due to reasons including but not limited to: Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels / flights, cancellation / re-routing of flights, closure of /entry restrictions at a place of visit, Covid guidelines, etc.
  • While we will do our best to make suitable alternate arrangements, we would not be held liable for any refunds / compensation claims arising out of this.


  • All the documents will be delivered over the emails and through WhatsApp only.


  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory. Airlines & Hotels may deny entry and services in the absence of these documents, in such cases we shall not be held responsible by customers.



Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 15% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.

Additional Payment Terms

  • Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
  • Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
  • Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
  • If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
  • No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
  • Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as confirmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.

Online Booking Procedure

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:

    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.
