Arrive Delhi. Meet and Assist by Representative of Local Tour operator. Later the journey will continue to Agra- one of the most historical destinations of India’s history. On arrival, check in to your hotel and catch a breather. Thereafter proceed to visit the world’s emblem of love- Taj Mahal, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. (Please note that Taj Mahal remains closed every Friday. Thus, in case your visit to Agra falls on a Friday, you shall visit Taj the next day in the morning.) Continue the tour with a visit to Agra Fort where Shah Jahan was deposed and restrained by his son, Aurangzeb. Visit its presidential palaces, Halls of Public and Private Audience, beautiful gardens and the famous Musamman Burj where Shah Jahan had died, a beautiful marble floored tower giving views of Taj Mahal. Later return to the hotel for a relaxed sleep.

This morning after breakfast, leave by road for the pink city Jaipur. En-route, halt at Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned red sandstone Mughal town built by Emperor Akbar. Visit major city attractions like Buland Darwaza, Jama Masjid and Tomb of Salim Chishti. Further drive to Jaipur and check in at the hotel on arrival. Evening is free for your own Leisure. We would suggest to fill your evening with colours of Rajasthan with a visit to Chokhi Dhani, a fabulous Ethnic Village (Note: Entry Ticket to be purchased directly by the Guest). Get introduced to rich and vibrant Rajasthani tradition and enjoy various games, Rajasthani dance and savour lip smacking Rajasthani cuisine like famous Dal Bati Churma. Later return to hotel after enjoying and eating to the fullest.

Have a fill at morning breakfast and set out for a visit to Amber Fort. Built by Raja Mansingh-1 in 1592, it is an expansive fort situated 11 Kms from Jaipur. Hike to the top by foot, jeep or elephant (Note: Ride charges to be paid directly by the Guest) and enter the massive fort. Visit the awe striking interiors of the fort. The royal halls are adorned with delicate ivory work and detailed wall paintings.

Later proceed for Jaipur City tour starting with Hawa Mahal, the famous Palace of Winds. Take a stop at City Palace, an architectural wonder built in a blended Rajasthani and Mughal Art. Visit its beautiful palaces and adjacent City Palace Museum to see the historic collections like royal princes’ robes, long carved carpets, miniature paintings of court scenes, battle scenes and processions, armoury of old weapons and much more. Further visit Jantar Mantar, an accurate astronomical observatory that never ceases to amaze visitors with the science behind it and return to hotel after a wonderful day.
