Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Rajkot (Arrival) Transfer to Dwarka

On arrival at Rajkot, our local tour representative will meet you at the Airport and transfer you to Dwarka, the kingdom of Lord Krishna. On arrival, check in at the hotel and refresh quickly. In the evening, visit Rukmani Temple- dedicated to Lord Krishna’s first wife. Also visit Gomti Ghat & the sacred Dwarkadheesh Temple. Later return to hotel for a relaxed sleep.

Day 2: Dwarka (Local Sightseeing tour)

Today morning take a fill at morning breakfast and proceed to visit the sacred places like Bet Dwarka and Nageshwar Jyotirling Temple. Before returning to hotel in the evening, spend some time at Shivrajpur Beach.

Day 3: Dwarka - Somnath

Today morning after breakfast, check out from the hotel and depart for Somnath. Check in at hotel and refresh quickly before you set out to visit Somnath Temple- situated by the sea, Bhalka Tirth- where Lord Krishna was accidentally shot in the foot. Later in the evening attend the auspicious Aarti followed by a Light & Sound show.

Day 4: Somnath - Virpur - Gondal - Ahmedabad

Today morning take your fill at morning breakfast and check out from the hotel. Gujarat is noted for its beautiful temples since ancient times and today is another day when we explore and visit numerous beautiful temples. First we visit Virpur to see Jalaram Temple. Just nearby to Virpur, we then proceed to Gondal and see Vintage Car Museum and Navlakha Palace here. After the visit, we proceed our drive to Ahmedabad and arrive by evening. Check in at hotel and relax.

Day 5: Ahmedabad - Visit Statue of Unity - Vadodra

Today morning after breakfast, set out for drive to Kevadiya & visit- Statue of Unity. The statue depicts Vallabhbhai Patel, one of the most prominent leaders and independence activist. It is the world's tallest statue i.e. 182 metres (597 ft).

Later we continue our drive to Vadodara. On arrival, Check in at hotel and relax.

Day 6: Vadodara to Delhi (Departure)

Take a fill at morning breakfast & pack your bags. Later check out from the hotel and take transfer for the Airport to catch your return Flight for Delhi. En route visit Lakshmi Vilas Palace & Museum (if time permits). Hope you had a Great trip. We would like to receive your feedback on your return. (B)

  • Above tour is planned on road journeys. A very light Luggage (Max. 7-8 KG per person) can only be carried due to limited space in car/ van/ coaches. If travelers are planning to take big luggage please enquire with our sales team and book transport accordingly at additional cost.

Package Offers

This is quote only and we are not holding any confirmed reservation either in the airline or in hotel. The booking is processed after receiving the advance amount. If we fail to give you confirmation on your requested date than entire Advance amount is refundable to you.


  • Kindly reconfirm the departure terminal and the flight schedule from the airline before leaving for the airport.
  • Please reach the airport 3 hours hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • Web check-in is mandatory for all passengers. You will have to show your boarding pass / e-boarding pass along with your Identity card to the CISF staff at the Entry Gate. (Please Note: Airlines may charge for Web check-in Service. Applicable charges are not included in Package & need to be Paid by the Passengers only)
  • A self-declaration will be taken during the process of web check-in. Boarding pass will be issued only once the passenger gives this self-declaration.
  • Passenger will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya Setu app by the staff at entry gate of the airport. In case of non-availability of Aarogya Setu, passenger will be directed to a counter provided by the airport where Aarogya Setu app can be downloaded. A green status on your ‘Aarogya Setu’ App is mandatory to enter the terminal.
  • If you are not able to print the baggage tag, then you should mention the PNR number and your name as registered in your booking on a thick piece of paper and affix it / tag it with a strong string to your check-in baggage at a prominent place for identification.
  • If you are denied travel due to high temperature then a change in date of travel might be offered. The change fee might not be applied and you may change your flight for a later date by paying the difference in fare. This process is entirely at the discretion of the respective airlines.
  • As an extra precaution, Airline are temporarily suspending Food and Beverage services on board. F&B consumption on board is not permitted. We recommend that they may be consumed at home or at the airport premises.
  • During boarding and travel all passengers shall use face cover/mask. They will also follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • During the flight if you feel unwell, having breathing difficulty or any other health related problems than such situation should be brought to the immediate notice of Airline cabin crew on board. Airline cabin crew will assist in handling the situation.
  • Vulnerable persons such as very elderly, expectant mothers, passengers with ailments are advised to avoid air travel.
  • In airline no seat is provided to Infant.


  • Complimentary Arrival / Departure transfers are provided as per schedule fixed by the hotel. However this may require you to wait at the airport for short duration (1 to 2 hour). Guests are requested to remain patient in their sitting area until all the booked passengers have boarded the vehicle.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all Complimentary transfers are provided by Non air condition vehicle only. Private transfers in air condition vehicle can be arranged at an Extra cost (Please check the cost at the time of making reservation).
  • To avail the arrival transfers please check the hotel representative holding the placard of your name / hotel name.
  • Transfers and Sightseeing tours (if included) are on SIC (seat in coach) / shared basis.


  • Please provide government issued id’s to process the reservation.
  • The guest must carry confirmed hotel voucher at the time of Check in at hotel.
  • At hotel entrance guest will be checked for temperature and asked to display the status of Aarogya setu app. Normal body temperature and a green status on your Aarogya setu app is mandatory to enter in the hotel.
  • Guests showing any Covid symptoms will be denied entry inside the hotel. In such cases applied cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the booked hotel.
  • All the guests are requested to follow hand hygiene, respiratory hygiene and environmental hygiene.
  • In hotels for an extra Adult / Child either Rollaway bed or mattress shall be provided.
  • The request for an adjacent or an adjoining room will be on subject to availability.
  • Room allocation (Twin bed / Double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
  • The Standard check in time of the hotel is 2 PM & check out time of the hotel is 11 AM (exact timings may be reconfirmed with the hotel directly).
  • For early check in and late check out the payment is to be settled directly by the guest.
  • Buffet services are unavailable in the hotel restaurants.
  • Fixed / chef choice meals will be provided to the staying guests as per booked meal plans.
  • Numbers of meals are always corresponding to the number of nights booked. Breakfast is not provided on the day of arrival.
  • Hotel has the right to claim the damages incurred by any of the guest.
  • The guests are requested to take care of their personal belongings carefully and avoid leaving them unattended.
  • Cost of additional services availed by the guest which are not part of our package inclusions are to be settled directly at the hotel.
  • Mini bar facility (if available) in the hotels is on chargeable basis.
  • It is mandatory to carry the age proof of children (02 to 11 yrs) and infant (below 02yrs) along with other travel documents. Child above 11 years shall be considered for an adult cost.

Important Information:

In view of the COVID-19 situation, different state governments have laid out their respective protocols for passengers coming to their states as visitors/tourists. Before you travel, make sure to read and understand the complete guidelines of the city/state you are travelling to, especially whether there is a mandatory requirement for RT-PCR test. Guidelines for Travelers arriving in Gujarat:-

  • It is mandatory for passengers arriving in the state of Gujarat from other states/UT to carry a negative RT-PCR report not earlier than 72 hours from an ICMR approved laboratory. RT-PCR timeline starts from the swab collection time.
  • All passengers must download Aarogya Setu App


  • All the documents will be delivered over the emails and through WhatsApp only.


  • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
  • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
  • Mostly the hotels allow 03 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 02 adults and 02 children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
  • All the guests are requested to carry their photo identity proof in original & a photocopy to be produced & handed over at the time of Check In at the Hotel / Resort. This is mandatory. Airlines & Hotels may deny entry and services in the absence of these documents, in such cases we shall not be held responsible by customers.



Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance booking amount to confirm the reservation: 100% of the package amount.
  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure: 10% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure: 15% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure: 20% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 15 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% of total package cost + cancellation charges of issued Flight tickets & Hotel shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 10 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • In case passenger is denied entry to board the flight due to health condition than entire package amount shall be forfeited. Request to change the date will be considered as new booking only.

Additional Payment Terms

  • Entire tour cost must be paid on demand and in any case before date of travel;
  • Advance amount (part of tour cost) is taken to process the booking and to secure part cancellation charges applicable in case of tour is canceled for whatsoever reason;
  • Balance tour cost is demanded once the package is ready before the delivery of tour package/ tour component(s);
  • If balance tour cost is not made as demanded in writing/ sms / phone call, tour package/ tour component(s) shall be liable to be released and the package will be treated as canceled for want of balance amount. Such cancellation shall be subject to applicable cancellation charges and advance amount collected will be adjusted towards cancellation charges. If advance amount falls short to recover entire cancellation charges the remaining cancellation charges shall be recovered as per the cancellation terms/policy applicable to the booking;
  • No booking is undertaken without cancellation charges. If there is any doubt about cancellation terms or policy applicable to your booking please get it clarified before the advance payment is made for processing the cancellation charges; and
  • Initiation of the booking process should not be viewed as confirmation of booking. We reserve our right to call off the booking if unable to process and in that case we will only be liable to make a refund of the advance amount collected if any.

Online Booking Procedure

  • To book online, you need to make payment as per the minimum booking amount specified in “Book Online” section of this package OR Rs. 10,000/- per person.
  • As soon as you make an online booking, you will receive a booking voucher in your email.
  • You will receive a call from our support staff about your booking status.
  • We will start the process at our end while you sit back at home and dream about your holiday.
  • The balance payment would be collected as per the case mentioned below:
  • If you are booking within 10 days of date of travel,

    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
  • If you are booking within 10 – 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of 75% of the tour package cost / tour components costs at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If you are booking within more than 20 days of date of travel,
    • You will need to make payment of booking amount of Rs. 20,000/- per pax at the time of booking process is undertaken.
    • Any amendment or cancelation made by traveler would be chargeable as per cancellation policy.
    • Balance payment will be required to be paid at the time of confirmation of booking.
  • If your booking is having tour components which needs guaranteed booking as per stipulated condition,
    • You will need to make payment of 100% of the tour package cost/ tour components costs at time of booking process is undertaken.
    • No cancellation will be allowed once booking is made even if by some reason short payment has been made. The tourist will have to make entire payment whether he or she travels or not.
  • Once the entire package formalities are completed at our end, our representative will share package to you.
