In this section we will attempt to answer questions related to our services, that are frequently asked by our partners about various issues related to integration, making bookings, payment policies, and other queries of generic nature. We invite you to go through the list below.
The list is not exhaustive, and should you have any query that is not covered by these FAQs, please feel free to send us a mail, and we will endeavour to answer it to your satisfaction.
1. Basics
In B2B:
You only get access to our B2B portal, through which you
can interact with our b2b sales team. From here you can
make queries, make bookings, see status of queries, upload
payments, make quotations, etc.
As A DAN Partner: You get B2B portal along with
- Website: Fully loaded website with Your Branding with all same products as on Dpauls.com
- Package Builder: You can create & sell your own packages.
- Web Banner: You can upload banners & link them to your own packages.
- Star Cruise Live Inventory
- B2B: Giving you an additional benefit for making bookings on your own. Access to make bookings with & without credit cards (using cyber wallet). Unique feature to create queries & handouts.
- Admin / Report Section: You can make check your website queries, bookings, see status of bookings, see commissions, manage mark-ups, check payments, transaction reports, etc.
- Your Initial Deposit will be Rs. 1 Lac (Rupees One Lac Only).
- Out of this, 50% of the deposited amount would be transferred to your B2B Affiliate Login account as credit available to you, against which you can make offline bookings, and the amount of bookings made will get offset against this deposit.
- The balance 50% of the amount is a one-time start-up cost, which is Non-Refundable. So effectively, you end up paying only Rs.50,000/- for acquiring the DAN Solution.
- Your Initial Deposit will be Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only).
- This amount of Rs. 25,000/- would be transferred to your B2B Affiliate Login account as credit available to you, against which you can make offline bookings, and the amount of bookings made will get offset against this deposit.
- On every transaction that you do with B2B portal, you get commissions.
- On every transaction that your client makes on your Website, you get commissions.
We will send you regular updates of offers, promotions, etc. However, you need to promote those deals on your own, for example by sending sms, e-mailers, posing on social media, pamphlets / leaflets, etc to your target customers.
2. Why Become A DAN Partner
Here is what you get when you become a DAN partner:

- Package Builder: You can create & sell your own packages.

3. Integration, Implemetation & Functionality
It will take up to 7 days to make your website live. However, this can be done only after you complete all formalities and make full payment.
- We will provide you sample site templates to choose from. According to your choice of the template we will create your website.
- You will have a choice for selecting colours for your website.
No, We do not allow the use of the DPauls name and branding, as you will be promoting the DAN website under your own branding.
Please note that prior written permission / approval from DPauls Management is required in writing for any kind of use of our name and branding.
You would receive an alert notification through SMS, E-Mail & also in the Report section.
No. Bookings through the DAN site are only enabled for FIT pax. You will need to send us a request by email to our ticketing team for group fares at flightbookings@dpaulstravel.com
Yes, you can add your own packages.
Yes, you may request us to remove or add any of the available service / services from the portal.
You can add your own packages from your reports / admin section using the login id provided to you. You will need to fill up all the details as per the requirement.
Regretfully, this facility is unavailable.
No. Our payment system is technically and securely integrated with various airlines, hotels & suppliers.
Primarily, since the queries will originate from YOUR clients from your website, you will be the ones to handle your client queries.
We will, however, provide you product-based support in giving quotations, should the need for that arise. However, our interaction will be with your team, and not with your clients directly.
Yes, you are free to add your mark-ups on both b2b portal & your website.
Yes, you can create multiple sub-agents in the B2B portal. You can restrict access to view booking, make bookings, search products, etc.
Regretfully, we do not have any credit policy, as our own payments to our suppliers and principals are up-front and we work on extremely low margins. Accordingly, we are unable to provide any credit-line and neither do we recommend our DAN & B2B partners to work on a credit basis.
No, International Credit cards are not accepted over website. Due to security reasons this feature has been blocked.
