On your arrival at Kathmandu International Airport, complete your post customs and immigration formalities and meet our local tour representative at the specified area. He will assist you for your transfer to the hotel. Enjoy the first glances of this mesmerising place. Check in at your hotel and relax. The day is at your own leisure today. Wake up to a tranquil morning in the cultural and political capital of Nepal. Take spectacular views of snow-capped mountain peaks. After taking a fill at morning breakfast, set out for Kathmandu City Tour. On this tour, we will visit the famous temples of Pashupatinath, Boudhanath and Swayambhunath. While Pashupatinath is one of the holiest shrines for Hindus dedicated to Lord Shiva, Boudhanath is the World’s largest Stupa of Tibetan Buddhist Culture and Swayambhunath is a 2500-year old site believed that the Radiant Lotus of the valley was settled here when all the water was drained by Manjushree, the god of Wisdom. (Non-Hindus are not allowed inside this temple). Visit the Temple House of Living Goddess, a very famous tourist attraction of Nepal and finish the city tour with a visit to Old Durbar Square, the ancient royal residential quarter where the city’s kings were once crowned and legitimised, and from where they ruled. Rest of the day is free to enjoy exploring the local markets, pubs and casinos (on your own).

Enjoy one of the most tranquil mornings at this lovely little town and take a fill at morning breakfast. Today is the day to unravel the enchanting wonders of the Pokhara Valley. Visit the Bindabasini Temple-the famous white pagoda-styled building of the Hindus. At more than 3000 feet above sea level, the temple sits in utmost peace with rewarding views of Annapurna and Machhapuchhare mountain ranges. Visit the famous Old Bazaar of Pokhara, a centre of commerce in the Himalayas located near Bindhyabashini temple. Visit the famous Davis Falls, one of the greatest tourist attractions of Pokhara. It is an impressive scenery of the water flowing under the ground through its natural tunnel made by the water currents beneath the land. The water passes through the cave called Gupteshwar Cave beneath the land that we also visit. It is a highly revered place where the Shiva Lingam is preserved. Return to the hotel in afternoon and relax. Evening you can enjoy at your own pace.

This morning being the last in Pokhara, enjoy as much as possible before checking out from the hotel. After taking a fill at morning breakfast, set out for your drive back the Kathmandu. It is a long drive of almost 200 kms which will take approximately 6 hours. On arrival at Kathmandu, check in at hotel and relax. Rest of the day is free at your own leisure.

Documents required

  • VALID DOCUMENTS FOR INDIAN NATIONALS FOR TRAVEL TO NEPAL BY AIR
    (i) Valid National Passport.
    (ii) Photo Identity card issued by the Government of India/State Govt./UT Administration in India to their employees or Election ID card issued by the Election Commission of India.
    (iii) Emergency Certificate issued by Embassy of India, Kathmandu.
    (iv) Identity Certificate issued by Embassy of India, Kathmandu.
    (v) Persons in the age of group of above 65 years and below 15 years would be exempted from the requirement of approved identity documents mentioned at S.Nos. (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv). However, they must have some documents with photograph to confirm their age and identity such as PAN card, Driving license, CGHS card, Ration card etc.
    (vi) Children between the age group of 15 to 18 years may be allowed to travel between India and Nepal on the strength of Identity certificate issued by the principal of the school in the prescribed performa.
    (vii) In case of a family (family means husband, wife, minor children and parents) traveling together, the approved identification documents at S.Nos. (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) would not be insisted from all the family members if one of the adult members of the family has in possession of one of the prescribed identification documents at S.Nos. (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv). However, the other family members must have some proof of their identity with photograph and their relationship as a family viz. CGHS card, Ration card, Driving license,ID card issued by school/college etc.
    Note:- AADHAR CARD (UID) IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE TRAVEL DOCUMENT FOR TRAVEL TO NEPAL / BHUTAN.

Important Information

  • Remarks:
    • Per person cost is calculated on the basis of Minimum 02 adults travelling together and sharing one double room.
    • Extra adult is the 3rd person who shares the same double room and is provided with an extra bed or roll away mattress.
    • Mostly the hotels allow 3 adults in one double room with an extra bed or 2 Adults and 2 Children below 12 years of age with one extra bed.
    • It is mandatory to carry either valid Original Passport or Voter ID Card,
      for Infants- Birth Certificate is necessary,
      for Children below 18 years- any Photo ID proof (School/College ID Card)

    Special Notes:
  • Rs 500 and 1000 notes are not valid in Nepal only Rs 100 note is valid.
  • Package is applicable for Indian Nationals only.
  • Package rates are given as per present applicable taxes. Any further revision of taxes either from airlines or hotel the differential shall be collected from the guest.

Terms & Conditions

  • For any cancellation we charge Rs. 1,000/- per person as Service charge in addition to this Cancellation Policy of booked Hotel shall be applicable.
  • Any amendments in the date or itinerary are to be intimated us in writing and amended confirmation depends on the availability of given hotels on requested dates. Service charge of Rs.1,000/- is applicable for each amendment request made by the customer.
  • Please carry your valid Identity proof card containing your photograph as it is required during check in at hotels.
  • The check in and check out time of most of the hotels is 2 PM to 12 PM and number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the number of nights booked by the guest. Hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.
  • For early check in and late check outs, payments are to be settled directly by the guest at the hotel.
  • Cost does not include Expenses caused by factors beyond our control like rail/flight/vehicle delays and cancellations, road blockage, vehicle malfunctioning, strikes, natural calamity, political disturbance, etc.

Cancellation Policy

  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 45 days prior to departure, Rs. 5,000/- (per person) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 45 to 30 days prior to departure, 50% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 30 to 15 days prior to departure, 75% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made within 15 days prior to departure, 100% of the tour cost shall be deducted.
