You will be travelling in a comfortable coach to the UNESCO World Heritage site of Newgrange Tomb. This ancient Celtic tomb was first discovered in 1699. The tomb is one of the oldest burial tombs of Europe and it predates even the Egyptian Pyramids. The tomb was built around 3200 BC by the Neolithic people of Ireland. You will visit the Newgrange Bru na Boinne Visitor Centre which is designed to provide you a in-depth knowledge about the archaeological heritage of the Boyne Valley.
