Bus was comfortable and driver was good but there were no electrical sockets to plug in phone. No water provided on the bus. The tour guide was ok and it’s a long 11 hour trip. Both Rothenburg and Harburg were well worth seeing and it was a good way to see the countryside as well. I highly recommend

No warning that the shops were going to be closed on May 1. Did not know that it was a holiday in Germany. Very disappointed. Saw so many things in the windows that I wanted to buy.
