You have to reach the starting point of the Berlin City Segway Tours at the giant TV Tower in Alexanderplatz. Your guide and the Segways will be present here. From here you will get a Segway, Helmet, safety briefings and tour maps. You will have a mandatory 25 minutes orientation session and will start your tour after getting used to it. If cancellation made between 0 – 2 days prior to the day of departure – 100% cancellation charge
If cancellation made between 3 – 7 days prior to the day of departure – 40% cancellation charge
If cancellation made is greater than 7 days prior to the day of departure – 10% cancellation charge
