Enjoy a half day journey from Marrakech to the famed and fabled Atlas Mountains and you will see a vast array of vegetation, coloured rock cliffs, mountain streams, Berber villages and local mountain folks. The local souks at Tahanaout and Asni (Tuesdays and Satudays) are a wonderful opportunity to photograph colourful and traditional rural markets, which are bustling with activity. Continue your trip to Ouirgane renowned for its fabulous hillside views overlooking local villages where you will stop for lunch (at your own cost). From this area you may mule trek through scenic countryside and remote villages, hike through similarly beautiful terrain, or ride horses from the stables at La Roseraie (at your own costs). You can also visit the nearby gravesite and former home of Rabbi Ben Diouane, a Jewish saint revered around the world for his ability to cure blindness. This tour will be a great experience for you and every moment will be memorable for you.
The tour will start from your hotel in Marrakech around 0930h and you will be accompanied by an English speaking guide who will show you around. You will travel towards the beautiful Atlas Mountains and will see a vast range of vegetation, mountain streams, coloured rock cliffs, Berber villages and local mountain folks. You will see the colourful local souks at Tahanaout and Asni. You will get plenty of opportunities to photograph the colourful and traditional rural markets. Next you will visit the Ouirganne which is famous for its hillside views overlooking the local villages. Here you can enjoy lunch at your own cost and after this you can either enjoy mule trek through the scenic countryside or enjoy horse ride from the stables at La Roseraie at your own cost. From here you will return back to Marrakech City and after the end of the tour you will be dropped back to your hotel in Marrakech.
