My self and my wife booked our tour for Switzerland and Paris from M/S D.Pauls and travellers on 25/9/12 to Zurich. The journey was very pleasant and comfortable.The tour conducted by Mr.Khatri was enjoyed not by myself but by all the people participated in the tour.Switzerland Hotel,food and the courtesy extended by the hotel staff was excellent.The places visited were worth the money spent.The Journey from swiss to paris was comfortable by Bus.It could be arranged by train which would have given no more time in paris. paris by night was excellent and Disneyland tour was very good and enjoyed by us. In all the tour was excellent and real value for money. We shall like to avail another opportunity if life permits. -- Prem Kumar Gupta

I would rate the entire tour 10 out of 10. Well organised, valued prize for money. Best services and personal attention to all. Very good ground staff who has an excellent understanding of the requirements of customers. Special recommendations and appreciations to Mr. Ashish Durve from Mumbai, he played important role in convincing us to join the tour, without him we would not have associated with D'Paul. The team of Mr. Vijay at Pattaya, Mr. Narayan, Ms. Sheela, Ms. Tina from Bangkok deserve tons of praises for their dedicated services. They are real assets of your company. We just visited Pattaya and Bangkok from 16th june to 21st June 2012 through your package and I think the whole trip was value for money with excellent guide Mr. Wanchai(Victor)who was really patient with the whole group. Suggestions- *One thing which the company should look into is caring for Senior Citizens, as we had gone with our parents and the persons incharge of the speed boat at Coral Island Pattaya were very rude towards them.* Lunch and Dinner provided were good, breakfast for vegetarians could have been better. *The show timings for the Safari world should have been informed. *More time should have been alloted for Siam City Park as one hour is not sufficient to have lunch as well as see the park.Overall a Nice package. -- Sunita Madan

I booked a thailand trip (23 feb, 2011) with dpauls and it was a real good experience. The hotels as promised were nice, all our requests to the local operator were duly accomodated. Immediately after landing, we were asked to go on the temple tour and our request to delay it for 3-4 hours (to freshen up) was accomodated. Tour guides were nice, pattaya tour was good - got 3 hrs. on beach. One important thing - we booked to tour on 22 feb 2011 - just 1 day in advance !!!!! I’m in touch with them to fly again probably this month (23 june 2012) and all seems to be well - shall check all reviews to make sure what has changed since my last trip. -- Kapil Oberoi

I just filled an enquiry form on their website about a package & within few hours i received a call from their end regarding my query. The agent helped me in planning my trip to dubai….. They provided me all the relevant information which was required. It was very quick & i decided not to miss the amazing deal, they were providing. It was a pleasant experience, while dealing with dpauls. Guide in dubai was very helpful & very knowledgeable. Transfer service was good, even the driver was very helpful being a Pakistani. Except the experience with kingfisher airlines, it was not good. Inflight food was not upto the mark. All the arrangements were done well in advance & everything was accurate and as requested. i dealt with Mr. Ranjeet of dpauls. thanks to you man and ur company. It was really a wonderful trip, as everything was perfect during my journey. I wish you all must go on with the same spirit. I travelled to Nepal with my husband and this was our second honeymoon. My first honeymoon arrangement was also from Dpauls so I choose them again. Once again their service was excellent I received entire vouchers in three days. The hotel accommodations were excellent and local sightseeing tours were beautiful. Indian food was amazing so was the hotel staff who tried their best to fulfill all our needs and desires. Nepal is beautiful place and I fell in love with it. I had a nice excellent trip experience with D.Pauls....I went to Malaysia and Singapore with Genting ( The beautiful hill station...indoor n outdoor theam park)...really nice place...Its a value for money pack...They even don’t give you a single chance of complain....nice transportation facility...good hotel accommodation....The tour Guides are also very knowledgeable.....With this trip package there are some optional packages...those packages are also very nice....like Sentosa Package with dinner, KL tower and night city tour + dinner, Sunway laagoon....Sunway laagoon is very nice place....there are lots of rides as well as artificial sea was there it was good like anything...... -- Ankit Mohanty
