Singapore and Bali Package(6 Nights)

• Documents Required
  Visa applications will be accepted only when all of the following documents are in order:
  • A valid passport with at least six months validity on the date of departure from Singapore. If the applicant is holding any old passport, it is mandatory now to enclose the same.
  • One visa form 14A duly completed and signed by the applicant;
  • Two recent coloured passport size photographs adhered to the form (35 mm wide by 45 mm high without border and taken within the last 3 months; taken full face without headgear, unless the applicant habitually wears a headgear in accordance with his/her religious or racial custom but the headgear must not hide the applicant's features. The facial image must be between 25 mm and 35 mm from chin to crown; taken against a plain white background with matt or semi-matt finish.) Please note that scanned or unclear photographs will not be accepted and kindly ensure that your form is properly completed. Any incomplete submission or false declaration will result in the application being rejected.
  • Please note one photograph should be pasted on the visa form and signed across, second photograph should be attached with gem clip.
  • NOC / Leave letter from the company;
  • A Covering letter from the Applicant.
  • Visa is valid from three months or upto two years at the discretion of the High Commission.
• Visa Requirements
  All visa applicants are required to complete the visa application form 14A in full i.e. all columns and blank spaces to be completed. The visa application forms are available free of charge.
  
  Important Note: Every application will be considered on its own merits. Possession of a visa does not guarantee entry into Singapore. Visitors must also meet entry requirements such as holding a valid passport, sufficient funds for the period of stay in Singapore and confirmed onward/return air ticket.

• Similar * means the hotels with per night room tariff differential in the range of ten-fifteen Dollars.
• Package cost includes (ground handling charges) Dollar Segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota)
• Normal hotel check in time is 1400 - 1600 hours and check out time is 1000 - 1200 hours

• As of now we are not holding any service, it is Subject to Availability. Booking process will start only after receiving booking amount.
• Room type (double or twin is Subject to Availability and is at sole discretion of the hotel)
• Above tour prices are subject to change in the event of increase in hotel room rates levy by the hotel especially during peak season/holiday surcharge and major events/fairs and convention.
• Tour is in group & one may have to wait intermittently for transfers especially for pick-up and dropping as transfers services are used for other group tourists too.
• The time schedule fixed by the local tour operator should be strictly adhered to. For any inconvenience, loss or consequence suffered due to tourist’s failure to keep the local tour operators timings, the tourist alone would be responsible. Please also note that unlike in the case of individual tailor made tour packages; you might have to adjust timings for the sake of general member of your tour group. Hotels mentioned now are only proposed at the moment. The hotel named in the service voucher shall be final.
• Scheduling & Re-scheduling may be done on circumstance prevailing at the time tour operations in best interest of tour group at the discretion group coordinator (Destination Management Company).
• This intimation supersede all previous offers by D.Paul’s Travels and Tours Ltd. and any verbal communication or offer made earlier by any of our representatives.

• The aforementioned description is just for informative purpose. Final package tour components shall be mentioned on the voucher at the time of finalizing the tour package. The travel tour components mentioned here are subject to change at last minute variation that may occur due to factors beyond control of the D.Paul's Travel and Tours Ltd.
• I have gone through the contents of above informative brochure & above mentioned terms & conditions and I accept package which fits into my budget and requirement.

• Cancellation Policy applicable for booking done as Guarantee Booking
  This is to inform you, prior to confirm your booking which need guarantee booking that our normal cancellation policy mentioned immediately hereunder will not be applicable for your booking.

• Cancellation Policy
  Cancellation charges per person will be applicable as following:
  • If cancellation is made any time not less than 11 days prior to departure, 20% or Rs. 12,500/- (whichever is higher) shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 10 to 05 days prior to departure, 50% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • If cancellation is made 05 to 01 day prior to departure, 75% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • In case passenger is no show at the time of departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
  • Cancellation charges for Star Cruise booking shall apply as per star cruises cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.
  • Cancellation charges for Air Asia ticket booking shall apply as per Air Asia cancellation rules. It will be extra than the other cancellation charges.

• Your booking is having travel tour components which need Guarantee Booking, which means No Cancellation will be allowed once booking is made for you. Therefore general cancellation policy mentioned above will be superseded by the following cancellation policy:
  If cancellation is made any time once the booking is confirmed irrespective of number of days prior to departure, 100% of tour cost shall be deducted.
