• The Halong Bay

• Tam Coc
Some million years ago, Halong Bay used to connect with these limestone mountains. Vestiges of the ocean still remain through the erosion of the mounts-Caves can offer an adventurous tour to many curious tourists. Boat trips on the rice fields to three mountains with caves are very interesting.
• Bich Dong
A nice pagoda built quite long time ago is situated at a scenic area. There are many statues of Buddha. The bell tower is well decorated. The incense and the sound of the bell seem to transfer tourists to the holy world of Buddha.
• Ban Gioc Waterfall
It is now an attractive beauty spot for national and international visitors. Ban Gioc Waterfall on the Quy Xuan River is located in Cao Bang Province, nears the Sino-Vietnamese border. The waterfall falls thirty meters. It is separated into three falls by rocks and trees, and the thundering effect of the water hitting the cliffs can be heard kilometers away from Trung Khanh. The sight in Ban Gioc Waterfall bears a poetic, fresh, quiet beauty of water, forest and cloud area mixed with village atmosphere of mountainous ethnic minorities.
• Ghenh Da Dia
It is a potential tourist attraction to both domestic and foreign visitors. With natural stones, strangely structured rocks, columns or obliques of frozen mineral flows, Ghenh Da Dia (Rapids of Stone Plates) is considered as a masterpiece of stone gifted by the nature.
• Town of Bac Ha
Being a minority ethnic people market, the town of Bac Ha is famous for its Sunday market which is a trading centre and meeting place for couples, friends, and relatives every Sunday.

By train
A Journey by train is actually a very pleasant way of reaching a country known for its scenic natural beauty. To travel to Vietnam by train, there are rail routes between China and Vietnam. There are two rail route connections between these two countries, twice a week, one from Beijing to Hanoi, Vietnam, via Nanning and Lang Son and another from Kunming to Hanoi and passing through Lao Cai.
By Road
One can travel to Vietnam by road from China, Laos and Cambodia. There are road crossings between these countries and Vietnam.
By Plane
There are three international airports in Vietnam: one each at Ho Chin Minh City, Hanoi and Danang and Vietnam is well connected to the major cities of the world via the numerous flights to these places. There are many major airlines in the world that operate regular Vietnam flights.
By Boat
Vietnam boat service is quite frequent between the mainland of Vietnam and its islands. There are express boat services between Rach Gia and Phu Quoc and between Vung Tao and Con Dao. All these services are quite budget friendly as well. International Boat Services are also available and the only overseas linking place is an intersection in the Mekong River, which can be reached when traveling between Phnom Penh to Chau Doc.
